Cricketer Gautam Gambhir has refused to contest the Lok Sabha elections. The party is preparing to field a new face in his place. Like him, BJP’s big star face Manoj Tiwari can also be removed from Delhi this time. He is currently an MP from North East Delhi Lok Sabha seat. There is talk that BJP wants to take advantage of Manoj Tiwari’s popularity in Bihar, where it lacks big faces.
Manoj Tiwari can contest elections from Buxar. BJP leader Ashwini Choubey is currently the MP from Buxar. He has won from here twice in 2014 and 2019. But the party cannot give ticket to Ashwini Chaubey, who is 71 years old, this time due to his old age. Manoj Tiwari’s popularity can be taken advantage of by fielding him in his place.
Tiwari has been very popular in Delhi. He has done a lot of work in his Lok Sabha constituency and is always active in his Lok Sabha constituency. He has also strengthened his credibility among party leaders by continuously increasing his availability for public work. This is the reason that this time they can be promoted by giving them bigger responsibilities.
